Update: Thank you for helping us reach our initial goal of $25,000! Let’s see if we can hit $30,000 — every additional dollar will allow us to further ensure the comfort and welfare of our raptors! War Eagle!

This Tiger Giving Day, the Auburn University Raptor Center is raising $25,000 to purchase specialized, USDA-compliant travel carriers for our ambassador birds.

Our educational raptors are constantly on the move: visiting schools, attending campus programs, and thrilling fans at Auburn events. Their journeys inspire thousands, fostering a love for wildlife and a commitment to conservation in audiences of all ages.

Safe and comfortable travel is essential for these remarkable animals. Our current carriers are aging and don’t always meet the unique needs of every bird. With your help, we can provide custom carriers tailored to each raptor’s size and preferences, ensuring they travel in the safest, most comfortable conditions possible.

These new carriers feature interchangeable perching to support foot health, easy cleaning for top-notch hygiene, and secure, calming environments for rest between programs.

Your gift directly enhances the welfare of our ambassador raptors, supporting their health and well-being while empowering our ongoing mission of conservation, education, and rehabilitation.

Every donation — large or small — helps our raptors continue their important work in our communities.

Give today and help our raptors ride in style, comfort, and safety. Your support will make a lasting difference for these extraordinary animals and the people whose lives they touch.
